CCXP is the largest geek and pop culture event in the world.
Development of the visual infrastructure for CCXP25, covering Out-of-Home (OOH) media, digital signage, and content for pavilion areas. The project delivered 101 animated assets for LED panels.
OOH Media (External): Execution of 31 videos for external panels.
Internal Content & Signage: Production of 70 videos for the 6 priority areas and internal digital signage. Role involved execution and technical leadership of two freelance motion designers.
Animation & Workflow: Character animation and technical file preparation (pre-flight) for various LED panel specifications.
Technology: Use of Generative AI in the animation workflow for specific characters, such as Aurya.
